RINDGE, N.H. (August 20, 2015) – Sophomore Dage Minors (Hamilton Parish, Bermuda) of the Franklin Pierce University men’s track & field program has earned All-America First Team honors in the outdoor 800 meters from the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association, as announced earlier this summer by the USTFCCCA. It is the first All-America accolade in outdoor track & field in program history.

HAMILTON, Bermuda (August 4, 2015) – Soon-to-be junior Dage Minors (Hamilton Parish, Bermuda) of the Franklin Pierce University men’s track & field captured the U20 national title in the 1500 meters in his native Bermuda earlier this summer at the National Sports Center. It was one of two events Minors participated in at the XL Catlin Bermuda National Athletics Championships.

RINDGE, N.H. (July 28, 2015) – Six Franklin Pierce University student-athletes have been named to the spring 2015 Northeast-10 Academic All-Conference Team in their respective sports, as announced earlier this summer by the Conference office. Women’s track & field saw juniors Nadine Hyde (Maple Valley, Wash.) and Jackie Price (Brick, N.J.) selected, along with junior shortstop Justin Brock (Latham, N.Y.) from the baseball team, junior attack Lauren Beville (Jamesville, N.Y.) from the women’s lacrosse team, graduate student outfielder Jamie Wiley (Cape Vincent, N.Y.) from the softball team and sophomore Jon Holmes (Albany, N.Y.) from the men’s track & field team. The selected Ravens were among 93 student-athletes across 10 sports honored by the Northeast-10.

ALLENDALE, Mich. (May 23, 2015) – Sophomore Dage Minors (Hamilton Parish, Bermuda) of the Franklin Pierce University men’s track & field team earned All-America honors for the second time this year on Saturday afternoon, as he placed eighth in the 800-meter final at the NCAA Championships, held at Grand Valley State University Track & Field Stadium. It is the first All-America honor earned by the outdoor track & field portion of the Ravens’ program.

ALLENDALE, Mich. (May 22, 2015) – Sophomore Dage Minors (Hamilton Parish, Bermuda) of the Franklin Pierce University men’s track & field team ran a 1:50.86 in the 800-meter prelims at the NCAA Championships on Friday evening at Grand Valley State University Track & Field Stadium. The time was good enough to qualify Minors for Saturday afternoon’s 800-meter final.

(May 2, 2015) – Junior Vinny Biunno (Montgomery, N.Y.) and sophomore Cory Cataldo (Tewksbury, Mass.) each scored big on Saturday afternoon with multiple top finishes, while sophomore Dage Minors (Hamilton Parrish, Bermuda) took home a first place finish in the Men’s 800 meter run in leading the Franklin Pierce University Men’s Track and Field team to a program-best second place finish at the Northeast-10 Championships held at Southern Connecticut State University. The hosts, Southern Connecticut, would take the conference championship.
