RINDGE, N.H. (July 28, 2014) – The Franklin Pierce University women’s track and field program has earned All-Academic honors at the team level from the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association, as announced last week by the USTFCCCA.

RINDGE, N.H. (May 13, 2014) – Sophomore Chris Bohi (Loudon, N.H.), junior Antoine Gisore (Concord, N.H.) and freshman B.J. Smith (Concord, N.H.) all earned All-East Region honors in two events each from the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association, leading 10 total All-Region performances by the Franklin Pierce University men’s and women’s track and field teams, as announced Monday night by the USTFCCCA.

WESTFIELD, Mass. (May 9, 2014) – Freshman Miranda Gagnon (Rollinsford, N.H.) finished 12th in the javelin on Friday afternoon to lead the way for the Franklin Pierce University women’s track and field team on the first day of the NEICAAA (New England) Championships, hosted by Westfield State.

EASTON, Mass. (May 3, 2014) – Sophomore Nadine Hyde (Maple Valley, Wash.) picked up points in both the discus and shot put on Saturday, to lead the way for the Franklin Pierce University women’s track and field team on the second and final day of the Northeast-10 Conference Championships, hosted by Stonehill at W.B. Mason Stadium. In all, the Ravens collected 35 points over the weekend to finish eighth out of 10 teams.

(May 2, 2014) – Freshman Miranda Gagnon (Rollinsford, N.H.) took second in the javelin on Friday afternoon to lead the way for the Franklin Pierce University women’s track and field team on the first day of the Northeast-10 Conference Championships, hosted by Stonehill at W.B. (April 21, 2014) – Sophomore Nadine Hyde (Maple Valley, Wash.) finished seventh in the hammer throw with a season-best throw of 38.10 meters on Saturday afternoon as one of several highlights for the Franklin Pierce University women’s track and field team at the Sean Collier Invitational, hosted by Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Due to technical issues at MIT, full results for the meet were unavailable until Monday morning.

(April 5, 2014) – Sophomore Nadine Hyde (Maple Valley, Wash.) threw the discus 35.98 meters to place sixth on Saturday to lead the way for the Franklin Pierce University women’s track and field team at the Yellow Jacket Invitational, hosted by American International. The throw earned three points for the Ravens, who finished 19th in the 20-team meet, with six points.

BRIDGEWATER, Mass. (March 22, 2014) – Sophomore Alyssa Lambert (Manchester, N.H.) finished third in both the 400 meters and the 800 meters on Saturday to lead the Franklin Pierce University women’s track and field team in its first outdoor meet of the season, the BSU Bears Invitational, hosted by Bridgewater State University. Lambert was one of nine different Ravens to post an individual top-five on Saturday.

BOSTON, Mass. (February 22, 2014) – The Franklin Pierce University women’s track and field team’s distance medley relay team put together a second-place finish on Saturday at the Northeast-10 Conference Indoor Track and Field Championship, held at Reggie Lewis Center. Junior Alyssa Lambert (Manchester, N.H.) had the Ravens’ top individual finish by taking third in the 1,000 meters. Franklin Pierce collected 23 points to finish ninth in the 10-team meet.
