COLCHESTER, Vt. (October 25, 2009) – Sophomore Melissa Dymek (Hubbardston, Mass.) finished 136th overall in a time of 23:32 on Sunday to lead the Franklin Pierce University cross country team to a 16th-place finish at the Northeast-10 Conference Championship, hosted by Saint Michael’s. Southern Connecticut State senior Laura Brustolon won the event individually with a time of 18:03, while Stonehill took home the team title.

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (October 17, 2009) – Sophomore Melissa Dymek (Hubbardston, Mass.) finished 65th overall in a time of 24:15 on Saturday to lead the Franklin Pierce University cross country team to a 14th-place finish at the Western New England College Invitational. Castleton State junior Margaret Klein won the event individually with a time of 19:29, while Salve Regina took home the team title.

Westfield State senior Kerry Arouca won the event individually with a time of 18:57, while Southern Maine took home the team title.

Wellesley freshman Randelle Boots won the event individually with a time of 18:55 to lead Wellesley to the team title as well.

Emerson junior Cat Viglienzoni won the event individually with a time of 21:46 to lead the Lions to the team title as well.

Saint Rose senior Melissa Bredice won the event individually with a time of 20:02 to lead Saint Rose to the team title as well.
