RINDGE, N.H. (May 11, 2011) -- The honors continued to pile up for freshman midfielder Eddie Noonan (Foxboro, Mass.) on Wednesday as the Franklin Pierce men's lacrosse standout was named the 2011 New England Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (NEILA) Division II Rookie of the Year. He was also named to the NEILA Division II Second-Team. The NEILA honor marks the first time in program history a Raven has received a year-end award from the organization.

(May 2, 2011) -- Franklin Pierce freshman midfielder Eddie Noonan (Foxboro, Mass.) was named the 2011 Northeast-10 Conference Men's Lacrosse Rookie of the Year on Monday afternoon, as announced by the league. Noonan also earned a spot on the conference's all-rookie team. The voting for the all-rookie team and rookie of the year was done by the league's 11 head coaches.

(April 30, 2011) -- The Franklin Pierce University men's lacrosse team hung tough early in the first half with No. 5-nationally ranked Adelphi on Saturday, but the Ravens could not keep pace with the Panthers in dropping a 13-3 decision at Sodexo Field in Rindge. The Ravens concluded their season with a 3-10 overall record and a 1-9 mark in the Northeast-10, while Adelphi improved to 13-2 and 9-1 in league play.

The Ravens found themselves tied 6-6 with No. 9-nationally ranked Merrimack late in the first half on Tuesday, but the Warriors were able to bridge the second and third quarters with multiple goals to pull away for a hard-fought 15-8 win at Sodexo Field in Rindge. Despite the strong play by the Ravens, Franklin Pierce fell to 3-5 overall and 1-4 in the NE-10, while Merrimack improved to 7-2 and 4-1 in league play.

(March 8, 2011) -- Franklin Pierce University freshman midfielder Edward Noonan (Foxboro, Mass.) was named the Northeast-10 Conference Rookie of the Week on Tuesday for his outstanding performance in Saturday's 9-8 come-from-behind win over Dominican. It marked the first time in three years that the Franklin Pierce men's lacrosse program earned a weekly award from the conference.
