Bio

Adam Chase enters his third season as an assistant coach with the Franklin Pierce University baseball team in 2021. He also serves as the team's recruiting coordinator.

Rindge is the first collegiate coaching stop for Chase, who moved to the dugout in 2019 after a decorated four-year career on the field with the Ravens (student-athlete bio). He took over a starting role in the outfield as a junior and made 89 starts over his final two seasons in crimson and grey, including all 49 games of his senior season, primarily in right field. Chase earned All-Northeast-10 Conference Second Team honors as a junior and followed up with a banner senior campaign. In his final go-around, he slashed .314/.414/.492 (60-for-191) on the way to All-NE10 First Team accolades and an All-East Region Honorable Mention selection from the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association. Chase finished in the top 10 in the NE10 that spring in triples (4), extra-base hits (22), doubles (14), slugging percentage (.492) and runs batted in (40), and he was selected to appear in the New England Intercollegiate Baseball Association All-Star Game.

In addition to his role with the Ravens, Chase has served as the hitting coach with the Worcester Bravehearts of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League beginning with the 2019 season. Worcester captured the FCBL title in 2019, and advanced to the league's championship series in 2020.

Originally from Bridgewater, Mass., Chase is a 2018 graduate of Franklin Pierce, with a bachelor's degree in business management. He is pursuing his MBA in Leadership at the University as well.
