FITCHBURG, Mass. Eastern Connecticut State senior Amanda Quinones won the individual title with a time of 21:02 on the 3.1-mile course, while Worcester State captured the team title.

A handful of spots behind Devlin, freshman Maggie Campbell (Queensbury, N.Y.) and sophomore Natasha Pastor (Fitzwilliam, N.H.) placed 28th and 29th, respectively, for Franklin Pierce, with times of 28:31 and 29:00.

Three positions behind Pastor, junior Brittany Mather (North Kingstown, R.I.) led a pack of three straight Ravens runners, as she finished 32nd and stopped the clock at 30:03. Freshman Madelene Morrill (Greenville, Pa.) rounded out the scoring for Franklin Pierce in 33rd at 30:27, while sophomore Bianca Acebron-Peco (Bow, N.H.) placed 34th in 31:56.

Host Fitchburg State (54) also finished in front of Franklin Pierce (127), while Anna Maria (149) rounded out the five-team field.

Individually, Quinones left the field in the dust, posting a victory of nearly two minutes over Worcester State freshman Chelsey Peso (22:54). Peso led a trio of runners for the Lancers that also included freshman Jennifer Cardinal (23:00) and senior Meg Plant (23:12). Eastern Connecticut State sophomore Cora Gingras (23:28) rounded out the top five.

The Ravens return to action on Friday, Sept. 23, at the Rivier College Invitational at 4 p.m.
