RINDGE, N.H. (September 19, 2018) – The Franklin Pierce University women's tennis team was defeated at home in non-conference play on Wednesday afternoon, 6-1, by visiting Nichols.

With the loss, Franklin Pierce falls to 0-3, while Nichols improves to 5-0.

Nichols took all three doubles matches to claim the doubles point to open play. Junior Sarah Rich (Windham, Maine) and freshman Grayson LaCroix (Cherry Valley, Mass.) put up the biggest fight for the Ravens, before dropping a 6-3 decision to junior Megan Nathanson and sophomore Juliana Herrera.
