ROCHESTER, N.Y. (10/3/2023) – After a long road trip out to Rochester, New York on Tuesday, the Franklin Pierce University women's soccer team tallied its fourth tie of the season in a 0-0 game against Roberts Wesleyan.
With the tie, the Ravens are 2-2-4 (1-2-1, NE10) on the season.
Like the score of the game, offensive opportunities reflect how it ended. Roberts Wesleyan led the way outshooting Franklin Pierce 15-8, but each team only tallied four shots on goal. With that, FPU junior goalkeeper Emilie Fox (Bridgewater, Mass.) and RWU senior goalkeeper Nicolette Knauf both stepped up and recorded four saves a piece.
NEXT FOR THE RAVENS: Franklin Pierce women's soccer will be back on the road on October 7th when the team heads to Waltham, Massachusetts to play Bentley University at 12PM.
