Bio

Debra Dale enters her second season as a Graduate Assistant Coach with the Franklin Pierce University women's lacrosse program in 2014. She also spent the fall 2012 season as an Assistant Coach with the field hockey team before focusing primarily on lacrosse.

A three-year letterwinner in lacrosse at the University of New Hampshire before losing her senior season to injury (bio), Dale makes her collegiate coaching debut in Rindge. Over three years in Durham, she played in 39 games, including six starts, and tallied 21 career points on 12 goals and nine assists. As a freshman in 2008, Dale contributed 3-3-6 over 12 games for a Wildcats team that reached the final of the America East Conference Championship and returned to the NCAA Championship for the first time in four years and the seventh time in program history. Dale chipped in a goal and an assist in a first round NCAA loss to Boston University.

Dale had her most successful season with the Wildcats as a sophomore in 2009, when she earned six starts and finished with a 6-4-10 scoring line over 11 games. UNH earned postseason berths in each of her three seasons, falling to perennial power BU in the America East title game in her freshman and sophomore campaigns, and again in the semifinal during her junior season.

Dale brought several years of club-level coaching experience with her to Rindge, as she has been at the helm of the Long Island Yellow Jackets since 2007. Her younger sister, Nicole, is a freshman on the lacrosse team (bio) and a middle hitter on the volleyball team (bio) at Franklin Pierce.

Originally from Ronkonkoma, N.Y., Dale graduated from New Hampshire in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in psychology and is pursuing her master's in business administration in the sports management program at Franklin Pierce
