Erie, Pa. (September 11, 2016) – The Franklin Pierce Women's golf team competed at the first day of the Michael Corbett Fall Classic hosted by Gannon University Sunday at the Lake Shore Country Club.

The Ravens head into the clubhouse in second place with a score of 312 (+24,) four strokes behind Gannon (308, +20) for first place. After placing first in the FPU Invite last weekend, Camden Morrison (Millis, Mass.) leads the field of 89 golfers with a score of 71 (-1). Teammate Zoe Yamamoto (Honolulu, Hawaii) is tied for fourth as she shot 78 (+6) through the first day.
