RINDGE, N.H. (March 25, 2016) -- The Franklin Pierce University bowling team has had three players earn All-Conference selections, as announced Friday afternoon by the East Coast Conference at the inaugural ECC Bowling Championship. Sophomore Jessica Davies (Cape Coral, Fla.) was named All-ECC first team, while sophomores Colleen Kelly (Quincy, Mass.) and Nikki Vucak (Garfield, N.J.) earned All-ECC Second Team honors.

These are the first All-Conference selections in Ravens bowling history, in the program's first year in the ECC. All three have received ECC weekly awards over the past year, with Davies earning an ECC Bowler of the Week honor in October, as well as All-Tournament Team accolades at the Golden Bear Classic in February. Vucak received an All-Tournament Team nod at the Hawk Flight Invitational in February. Kelly was recently honored as ECC Bowler of the Week for her performance in the Music City Classic.

Davies has averaged a 194.3 pinfall in both baker and traditional format, with her best matches coming during November at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) Hawk Classic, where she dropped a total of 2824 pins, including 1176 in traditional format games and 1648 in baker format.

Kelly has averaged 181.5 pinfall in both traditional and baker format this year, with her best matches coming in the Ravens last tournament in Nashville, at the Music City Classic, where she totaled 2874 pins. Of those pins, 1167 came in a traditional format and 1707 in baker format.

Vucak dropped an average of 179.3 pins in both formats, with her best outing also in the recent competition at the Music City Classic, where she dropped 2617 pins, including 1132 in traditional-format games and 1539 in baker format.

The Ravens are in action this weekend at the ECC Championship in Reading, Pa.
