RINDGE, NH (May 4, 2015) –Franklin Pierce women's bowling was ranked seventh out of 10 teams in the National Tenpin Coaches Association 2014-2015 Final D2/D3 Poll.

 

The NTCA voters rank the top 20 teams on their ballot. Each position has a designated point value, ranging from 32 points for first place and one point for 20^th place. Teams are ranked using the adjusted total point standings after the highest and lowest votes are dropped.

 

With a 51 in adjusted point standing, the team was ranked seventh with a record of  52-44 in their first season.

 

University of Wisconsin – Whitewater received 10 first place votes, a 62-33 record and a 153 in adjusted point standing.  University of Central Missouri (83-38, 147) was ranked second, followed by McKendree University (50-31, 111) in third, Kutztown University (55-49, 100) in fourth, and Adelphi University (49-58, 79) in fifth.
