RINDGE, N.H. (May 3, 2010) – Freshman shortstop Aimee Lamoureux (East Brookfield, Mass.) of the Franklin Pierce University softball team has been named to the Northeast-10 Conference Weekly Honor Roll for the week ending on May 2, as announced Monday by the conference office.

Over six games last week for the Ravens, Lamoureux hit .316 (6-for-19) with a pair of doubles. She drove home three runs, scored twice, drew a walk, slugged .421 and posted a .350 on-base percentage. Lamoureux finished the season with a .237 batting average (32-for-135) while starting all 43 games at shortstop as a true freshman for the Ravens. She hit five doubles, three triples and two home runs, drove in 11 runs, scored 21 times and drew 11 walks.

The Ravens wrapped up their 2010 campaign at 15-28 (10-20 Northeast-10). The 10 Northeast-10 wins tied a program record for most conference wins in a season, which was originally set in 2002.
