Bio

Alyssa Lambert enters her second season as an assistant coach with the Franklin Pierce University men's and women's cross country and track & field programs in 2017-18.

A four-year letterwinner on both the cross country (bio) and track & field (bio) teams at Franklin Pierce, Lambert capped her career by becoming the first student-athlete in the history of the women's track & field program to qualify for the NCAA Championships, when she qualified for the outdoor 1500 meters as a senior in 2016. She advanced to the national championship race, where she finished 12th to earn All-America honors. To conclude her Ravens career, Lambert was honored as the University's Walter Peterson Senior Female Student-Athlete of the year in 2015-16.

Over her four years in crimson and grey, Lambert collected a total of 15 top-five finishes at Northeast-10 Conference Championship meets. At the 2016 indoor championship, she ran the anchor leg for Franklin Pierce's title-winning distance medley relay squad.

Originally from Manchester, N.H., Lambert graduated from Franklin Pierce in 2016, with a bachelor's degree in health science.
