As a Senior (2015): Northeast-10 Conference Weekly Honor Roll Selection, Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Week...Ham competed in eight races for the Ravens including the 2015 NCAA Cross Country Championship (11/21)...Out of 246 runners, Ham placed 53rd with a time of 30:45.6...His time was just 2.5 seconds outside of a spot in the top-50 and he finished as the third-fastest runner from the East Region...Ham recorded two second place finishes as well, the first during the Philadelphia Metropolitan Cross Country Invitational (9/12) with a time of 28:15.5 in the 8k race and a few weeks later, placed second at the Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup (10/16), finishing the 5k race in 15:25...At the Northeast-10 Championship (10/25), Ham finished seventh, completing the 8k event in 25:23.0...A few weeks later, Ham was back in action at the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country County Championships (11/8) placing sixth in 10k race with a time of 31:23.4...Ham also competed in the UMASS-Dartmouth Invitational (9/19, 11th place, 25:38.56) and the NEIAAA Championships (10/10, 20th place, 25:14.71).

As a Junior in 2014: Ham competed in seven races for the Ravens...Fall Northeast-10 Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll selection...at NEIAAA Cross Country Championship 8k  (10/11) running in a time of 25:28.2 finishing 68th...at Northeast-10 8k (11/9) coming in at 29:36.9 and finishing 40th...at Division II Championship 10k (11/22) running in 32:06.5 and finishing 14th.

As a Sophomore in 2013: Competed in all eight races for the Ravens...Spring Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll selection...Finished fifth at the Roger Williams Invitational with a time of 16:26.6 (5k) on 9/7...Finished fifth at the Franklin Pierce Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup with a time of 17:36.8 (5k) on 9/14...Finished 13th at the UMass Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational with a time of 25:42.4 (8k) on 9/21...Finished 21st at the Northeast-10 Championship with a time of 26:17.4 (8k) on 10/27...Competed at the NCAA Championship East Regional, where he finished 37th with a time of 33:23.4 (10k) on 11/9...Competed at the NCAA Championships, where he finished 112th with a time of 32:28.4 (10k) on 11/23.
