Bio

As a Sophomore (2014): Named United States Track and Field Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic Honors...Minors competed in seven races for the Ravens...at NEIAAA Cross Country Championship 8k  (10/11) running in a time of 26:16.8 and coming in at 163rd...at Norteast-10 8k (11/9) running in 28:49.9 and placing 17th...at Division II Championship 10k (11/22) running in a time of 32:34.7 and placing 27th.

 

As a Freshman in 2013: Competed in six races for the Ravens...Spring Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll selection...Made his collegiate debut at the Roger Williams Invitational, where he finished ninth with a time of 16:46.6 (5k) on 9/7...Competed in the NEICAAA New England Championship, where he finished 154th with a time of 26:37.5 (8k) on 10/12...Finished 20th at the Northeast-10 Championship with a time of 26:13.1 (8k) on 10/27...Finished 28th at the NCAA Championship East Regional with a time of 32:57.9 (10k) on 11/9.

Before Franklin Pierce: Competed on the cross country and track & field teams at St. Johnsbury Academy in Vermont … won 16 state titles in three years in indoor and outdoor track & field … helped guide his indoor and outdoor track teams to 2012 state championships … qualified for the New England Championships each year of his career … earned All-New England honors in the 800 meters during both his junior and senior seasons … holds six school records, including 4x400, 4x800 in both indoors and outdoors, 800  meters (outdoors), mile (indoors) and 1500 meters (outdoors) … holds Vermont indoor state records in the 1000, mile, 4x400 and 4x800, and the outdoor state record in the 4x400 … also competes internationally as a member of the Bermuda National Team.

Personal: Son of Delbert and Daltonell Minors … has a brother, Ki-Juan, and a sister, Tse … Ki-Juan has competed in equestrian in Florida for more than five years, and competes on show horses throughout Europe … majoring in sports and recreation management.
