As a Freshman in 2013: Made his collegiate debut at the Roger Williams Invitational, where he finished 21st in 17:20.8 (5k) on 9/7...Ran an 18:36.9 (5k) to finish 21st at the Franklin Pierce Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup on 9/14...Posted a 26:45.4 (8k) to finish second at the UMass Dartmouth Cross Country Invitational on 9/21...Competed at the NEICAAA New England Championship, where he finished 230th with a 27:27.7 (8k) on 10/12...Competed at the Northeast-10 Championship, where he finished 75th with a 28:01.2 (8k) on 10/27.
