Guay Highlights First Day at NEICAAA Championships for Men’s Track & Field

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (May 10, 2019) – Junior Trevor Guay (Londonderry, N.H.) is through to the final of the 400-meter hurdles, as his preliminary performance highlighted the first day of the NEICAAA Championships for the Franklin Pierce University men's track & field team on Friday. The two-day New England Championships are being hosted by Southern Connecticut State.

Guay assured himself of earning All-New England honors when he competes in Saturday's 400-meter hurdles final. He qualified with the fourth-fastest time across four preliminary heats. Guay's time of 53.90 seconds was good enough to win his heat, which was the first of the four.
