CONWAY, S.C. (March 21, 2015) – Sophomores Jon Holmes (Albany, N.Y.) and B.J. Smith (Concord, N.H.) each competed in the final day of the 2015 Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational held at Doug Shaw Stadium on the campus of Costal Carolina.

Holmes racked up two top 15 finishes and season-best times on the day, as he finished 11^th out of 29 runners in the mile, finishing with a time of 4:25.08. Holmes then went and finished 14^th out of 46 in the 3000 meters with a time of 9:00.62. 

Smith was able to finish just behind Holmes in the 3000 meters, as he finished 17^th in the same race with a time of 9:06.92. 

In field results from Friday, junior Chris Bohi (Loudon, N.H.) finished 9^th out of 44 competitors in the javelin with a throw of 54.30 meters. The mark meets the provisional qualifying mark for the NCAA Championships. 

The Ravens return to action next Saturday, March 28 as they will compete in the Snowflake Classic hosted by Tufts University in Medford, Mass.
