Ben Brewer Named To Northeast-10 Conference Weekly Honor Roll
Freshman tallied singles victory last week

RINDGE, N.H. (October 7, 2008) –
Freshman Ben Brewer (Brattleboro,
Vt./Brattleboro Union) of the Franklin Pierce University
men’s tennis team has been named to the Northeast-10
Conference Weekly Honor Roll for the week ending on Oct. 6, as
announced Tuesday by the conference office.
Brewer notched the only point of the day on Sunday for Franklin
Pierce with his 6-3, 3-6, 6-2 victory in No. 3 singles over Craig
Lindabery of Saint Michael’s. For Brewer, it marked the first
win of his collegiate career.
The Ravens (0-3, 0-3 NE-10) return to the court on Saturday, Oct.
11 when they travel to Colby-Sawyer for a non-conference contest at
10:30 a.m. in New London, N.H.
