Men's Tennis Team Returns to N.E. with Win

Ravens Blank Le Moyne, Still Unbeaten in NE-10

PAXTON, Mass. (March 25, 2001) - The Franklin Pierce men's tennis team returned from a two-game swing through California to beat Le Moyne College, 9-0, in a Northeast-10 Conference match at the Paxton Recreation Center.

While senior Brian Kuscher (Merrimack, N.H.), the only player to win a match during Franklin Pierce's 0-2 western swing, survived a three-set scare against Le Moyne's Joe Colon at No. 1, the rest of the day belonged to the Ravens (7-3, 2-0 NE-10).

The Ravens dropped just three other games in singles against the Dolphins (1-2, 0-2 NE-10) and three games in doubles.

The Ravens return to action Saturday when they host St. Anselm in a NE-10
match that starts at 1:00.
