Franklin Pierce wasted little time in taking a lead in the second half as Tsuji put the Ravens in front for good, when he took a Gonçalves cross from the left side and fired a low shot into the goal 3:08 in. Gonçalves set up the Ravens second goal off a corner kick, when he slotted a pass to Larned for a drive from 20-yards out on the left side into near side of the goal in the 62nd minute.

Grad student Casey Ftorek contributed a goal and assist.

Larned's first goal of the season sparked a four-goal outburst for Franklin Pierce that sealed the win. Tsuji completed his double with a low shot into the left side of the net off a feed from Ftorek in the 68th minute. Ftorek netted his first goal for Franklin Pierce just 1:46 later with a header off a cross from Tsuji in the 70th minute.
