Bio

2009: Appeared in 11 games and started eight of them in the field.  Also played one game as a goalie.  Netted a goal in 14-12 win over American International (3/28).  Recorded 10 saves in goal in 21:16 at Pace (3/31).  Recorded goal and assist against St. Michael's (4/14). 

2008: Appeared in 12 matches as a freshman, making one start in net and one as a midfielder. Made his only appearance of the year in goal against Rollins (3/16), making four saves to earn the win. Moved to midfield for the rest of the season, making one start against Bentley (4/5) and picking up seven ground balls.

Before Franklin Pierce: A 2007 graduate of Blessed Trinity High School. Played four years of varsity lacrosse and three years of varsity football at Blessed Trinity. Captained the lacrosse team his final two seasons and the football team as a senior. Named second-team lacrosse All-State in 2007 and was an honorable mention in 2006. In football, named a second-team All-Region and first-team All-North Side performer.

Personal: Born August 18, 1988, in Durham, N.C. Son of David and Susan Ivie of Alpharetta, Ga. Has a brother, Matthew, and sister, Caitlin. Father, David, played semi-pro football for the New Jersey Rams. Majoring in criminal justice with a minor in sociology. Supports the New York Giants, and his favorite athlete is Lance Armstrong.
