Individually, junior Michael Sosik (Fiskdale, Mass.) fired a two-over 74 and is tied-10th, in a 108-golfer field, with 18 holes remaining. Meanwhile, sophomore Thomas Hickey (Moultonborough, N.H.) turned in a second-round 73 (+1) to move up 26 spots, into a tie for 28th, at 76-73--149 (+5). Based on the teams currently in qualifying position, Sosik is currently two shots behind the final individual berth for the NCAA Championship National Finals, with one round remaining.

It all adds up to a two-day line of 306-305--611 (+35) for the Ravens, who are in 18th, but are also only 12 shots behind 10th in a crowded back-half of the regional field. At the top of the leaderboard, St. Thomas Aquinas has posted a four-shot lead at 286-300--586 (+10). The Spartans lead second-place Southern New Hampshire, at 295-295--590 (+14). Charleston (W. Va.) at 292-299--591 (+15) and Davis & Elkins at 297-295--592 (+16) occupy third and fourth, respectively, and are currently in National Finals qualifying position as well.
