ENDICOTT, N.Y. (October 4, 2015) – Senior Travis Landry (Loudon, N.H.) shot a team-high 75 (+3) to finish the first day of the Northeast-10 Championship at the En Joie Golf Course. The Ravens as a team shot a 314 (+26) to put themselves 24 shots off the lead, but only one shot off of fifth place.

Following Landry on the leaderboard making his Franklin Pierce debut was sophomore Taylor Simpson (Londonderry, N.H.) who carded a 77 (+5) on the day, as he spots in a tie for 20^th. Senior Nick Adjutant (Rochester, N.H.) and Will Pennington (Heswall, England) each shot an 81 (+9) to finish the day in a tie for 33^rd. Rounding out the action for Franklin Pierce was freshman Taylor Morang (Winthrop, Maine) who shot an 82 (+10) to place in a tie for 38^th at the current time.

Leading on the team leaderboard was Southern New Hampshire University, who received four scores in the low 70's, led by Jake Nutter with a 71 (-1) sitting in second individually. Leading on the individual board is Brett Chatfield from Bentley and John Clare from LeMoyne who share the lead together going into day two.

The Ravens return to action tomorrow for day two of the tournament, where a conference champion will be crowned.
