RINDGE, N.H. (February 26, 2018) – Franklin Pierce University senior forward Mike McDevitt (Cumberland, Maine) has been chosen to the 2017-18 Northeast-10 Conference Men's Basketball Third Team it was announced Monday morning by the league office.

McDevitt a 2016-17 NE10 Honorable Mention selection, a one-time NE10 Player of the Week and a five-time NE10 Weekly Honor Roll honoree this season, was joined on the Third Team by Cody Ball of Saint Anselm College, Mical-Ryan Boyd of the College of Saint Rose, Jerry Luckett Jr. of Southern Connecticut State University and Daquaise Andrews of Southern New Hampshire University.

The team captain started and played in 25 of the Ravens 26 games leading the Crimson and Grey in points per game (16.6), shooting percentage (55.3%), three-point percentage (48.5%), blocks per game (1.2) while ranking second in rebounds per game (6.6) and field goal percentage (77.4%). He currently ranks second in the NE10 and the East Region in three-point percentage, fourth in the league in blocks per game, seventh in field goal percentage, 10th in scoring and 12th in boards per duel.

This season, McDevitt set personal bests in field goal conversions (168), field goal percentage, three-point conversions (32), three-point percentage, points (416), and steals (14) while racking up a total of four double-doubles. He became the 34th member of the programs 1,000 point club on November 29, 2017, when he drilled two attempts from the charity stripe. McDevitt finishes his career in 18th place on the all-time scoring list (1,336) and rebound list (566) while standing eighth all-time in total blocks (101).
