RINDGE, N.H. (January 9, 2017) – Franklin Pierce University men's basketball guard Oladoyin Fadojutimi (Temple Hills, Md.) has been named the Spalding Northeast-10 Conference Rookie of the Week Monday afternoon by the league offices.

Fadojutimi played 24 minutes off the bench in a 101-79 victory against NE10 foe Adelphi on Wednesday night. He followed up his career-day against LIU Post with an even better performance versus the Panthers. Fadojutimi racked up a personal-best 20 points, converting 7-of-8 (87.5%) from the floor including 2-of-2 (100%) from long range. The freshman guard also snagged a career-high six rebounds and came up with a contest and personal best four thefts.

Since making his collegiate debut on December 18th at Bloomfield, Fadojutimi has averaged 13.3 points, 2.8 rebounds, 1.8 steals and 1.0 assists per game in 17.5 minutes per contest off the bench over four games. He has knocked down 21-of-33 (63.6%) field goal attempts and drained 7-of-16 (43.8%) shots from beyond the arc.
