Football Announces 2021 Recruiting Class

RINDGE, N.H. (February 3, 2021) – With the program’s long-awaited second season at the NCAA Division II level slated to commence in the fall, head coach Russell Gaskamp and the Franklin Pierce University football team are proud to announce their 2021 recruiting class on Wednesday afternoon. The class consists of 11 student-athletes from six states. A full list of commitments can be found below.

Sophomore kicker Morgan Smith (South Glens Falls, N.Y.) of the Franklin Pierce University football team was featured on Monday in one of her hometown media outlets, Spectrum News, of Albany. Football's Selby Featured in Saint Albans Messenger

Sophomore wide receiver Nate Selby (Cambridge, Vt.) of the Franklin Pierce University football team was featured on Thursday in his hometown newspaper, the Saint Albans Messenger. The story, by Messenger sports reporter Ruthie Laroche, chronicles Selby's journey from youth football, to high school soccer, to walking on to the football team at Franklin Pierce and serving as one of the squad's leading wideouts in its debut Division II season.
