As a Senior (2017-18): NCAA Division II Men's Golf Championship Participant...NCAA Division II Atlantic/East Regional Participant...Appeared in six tournaments for the Ravens...Recorded his best finish of the year at the Atlantic/East Regionals when he tied for 12th place overall at 221 (+5)...Shot a season-low 71 (-1) during round one of the Regionals...Placed 20th at the 83rd Annual NEIGA Championship at 155 (+11)...At the National Championship, tied for 98th at 236 (+20) and shot even (72) during his second round. 

As a Junior (2016-17): NCAA Division II Atlantic/East Regional Participant...Competed in 10 tournaments for the Ravens including the Division II East/Atlantic Regional...Recorded three top-10 finishes over the course of the season...In the spring, tied for fifth place at the Dr. Edwin Cottrell Invitational with a 151 (+9) showing...In the fall, tied for 8th at the 82nd Annual DII NEIGA Championship with a 154 (+10) scorecard...Rounded out his top-10 finishes in the fall with a ninth-place finish at the Northeast-10 Championship at 148 (+4)...Ranked second on the Ravens at the NCAA Division II East/Atlantic Regional with a 231 (+15) showing which was good enough for a tie of 40th place.

As a Sophomore (2015-16): Competed in seven tournaments for the Ravens...Averaged a score of 79.1 which included eight scores in the 70s...Was a key factor in FPU's third-place finish during the Dowling Memorial as he shot 76 (+5) on day one and 77 (+6) on day two for a combined score of 153 (+11) which was good enough for 23rd place...Also competed at the Bentley Newport Division II Invitational and shot a 78, six over par for 16th place and the team finished in fourth place overall.

Before Franklin Pierce: At Londonderry High, Taylor played three seasons of basketball and was a team captain for two years...He played golf all four years of his college career and was named a team captain for three of them...He also competed on the volleyball team for a year.

Personal: Taylor is a business management major from Londonderry, N.H....He is the son of David and Amy Simpson...Taylor has two siblings; Isaiah and Aliza. His sister Aliza plays basketball for the University of New Hampshire.
