Northeast-10 Cross Country Weekly Report (PDF)

RINDGE, N.H. (September 12, 2017) – For the second consecutive week, freshman Marissa Farago (Salisbury, Mass.) of the Franklin Pierce University women’s cross country team has been named Northeast-10 Conference Rookie of the Week, for the week ending on Sept. 10, as announced on Tuesday by the Conference office.

Competing on Saturday at the Smith College Cross Country Invitational, Farago turned in a time of 20:07.7 to finish sixth in a 95-runner field. The mark helped lead the Ravens to a third-place finish at the nine-team meet.

The Ravens return to action on Saturday, Sept. 16, when they host the Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup at the Hopkinton State Fairgrounds in Hopkinton, N.H.
