Noguchi scored twice last week

RINDGE, N.H. (November 1, 2010) -- Franklin Pierce University women's soccer junior midfielder Aya Noguchi (Tokyo, Japan) was named to the Northeast-10 Conference Weekly Honor Roll on Monday for her impressive performance in a pair of Ravens' wins last week.

Noguchi scored a goal in each of her team's wins last week, including a tally in the fourth minute of Sunday's 3-1 win over Adelphi in the Northeast-10 Quarterfinals. Noguchi produced several top-notch scoring opportunities in the match as the Ravens earned the right to advance to Thursday's semifinal match-up at Merrimack.

Noguchi also had a goal in last Wednesday's 3-2 win over Saint Anselm in the regular-season finale. For the year, Noguchi has scored three goals and is among the team leaders in shots and shots on goal.
