KEENE, N.H. (October 19, 2015) – Sophomore Camden Morrison (Millis, Mass.) found a new gear in her game on Monday, as she shot a 74 (+3) to jump from second to first and take the individual medal in aiding the Franklin Pierce University Women's Golf team to a first place finish at the FPU Fall Invitational. The tournament was held at Bretwood Golf Course in Keene, N.H.

Sophomore Taylor Schmidt (West Springfield, Mass.) improved her total from Sunday, shooting a 78 (+7), which was the only other score sub-80 along with Morrison. With her total, Schmidt finished in a tie for third with teammate Anna Haynes (Hopedale, Mass.). Haynes shot an 80 (+9) to pair with her previous day total of 79, giving her a strong finish for the weekend.

Freshman Sarah Daley (Beverly, Mass.) also took advantage of better weather conditions, and was able to improve her Sunday score by two strokes, shooting an 81 (+10) to give her a sixth place finish for the weekend. Rounding out the Ravens top five was freshman Shannon Slater (Stafford Springs, Conn.) who finished in a tie for eighth by shooting a 93 (+22) on the day. Also participating in the tournament for Franklin Pierce was freshman Carly Bouchie (Rindge, N.H.), finishing 18^th.

The tournament closed out the fall season for the Ravens, giving them back-to-back tournament wins to close out the fall.
