RINDGE, N.H. (September 30, 2015) – Sophomore kicker Kyle Salucco (Exeter, N.H.) of the Franklin Pierce University sprint football team has been named Collegiate Sprint Football League Special Teams Player of the Week, as announced on Tuesday by the League office.

Salucco was responsible for over half of Franklin Pierce's scoring in Saturday's 36-15 loss to Cornell, as he went a perfect 3-for-3 on field goal attempts. In the first quarter, he hit from both 30 and 38 yards, before adding a 20-yard score on the final play of the first half. Salucco also handled the kickoff duties for the Ravens, totaling 206 yards on four kicks, for an average of 51.5 yards.

The Ravens return to the field on Saturday, Oct. 3, when they remain home to host Post in the annual Talon Cup matchup. Opening kickoff is set for 1 p.m. at Sodexo Field.
