As a Senior in 2016: Competed in four races for the Ravens...Posted a 5k time of 15:53.6 to finish eighth at the season-opening Mount St. Mary's Duals on 9/2...Named to Northeast-10 Conference Weekly Honor Roll for the week ending on 9/4...Ran an 8k time of 27:47.2 to place 33rd at the Bruce Kirsh Cup on 9/17...Posted an 8k time of 27:13.4 to finish 40th at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational on 9/24...Ran an 8k time of 26:56.4 to finish 139th at the NEICAAA Championship on 10/8.

As a Junior in 2015: United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic honors...Fall 2015 Northeast-10 Academic All-Conference Team...Holmes competed in six races for the Ravens...He placed seventh during the Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup (10/16) with a time of 15:50 in the 5k event...He had a pair of 12th place finishes as well with the first coming during the Roger Williams Invitational (9/5, 16:44.7, 5k race) and the second at the Northeast-10 Championship (10/25, 25:51.0, 8k race)...At the UMASS-Dartmouth Invitational (9/19), Holmes placed 18th in the 5 mile race with a time of 25:55.35...At the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country County Championships (11/8), Holmes finished 19th with a time of 32:15.7...He also finished 209th at the NEICAAA Championships (10/10) with a time of 27:42.20.

As a Sophomore in 2014: Named United States Track and Field Cross Country Coaches Association All-Academic Honors...Fall/Spring Northeast-10 Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll selection...at NEIAAA Cross Country Championship 8k (10/11) running in a time of 25:47.7 placing 103...at Northeast-10, 8k (11/9) with a time of 28:51.4 and placing 18th...at Division II Championshio (11/22) running a 10k in 33:53.5 and placing 70th.
