MANSFIELD, Mass. (4/25/23) – Senior thrower Connor Everidge (Baldwinville, Mass.) continued his weekly routine of setting the bar higher this past weekend, earning him the title of NE10 Field Athlete of the Week for the second time this outdoor season.

The Ravens spent the weekend competing at the MIT Sean Collier Invitational, hosted by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. For the third consecutive week, Everidge set a new program record in the Men's Hammer Throw, hitting a new mark of 52.87 meters to shatter his previous record of 50.67 meters, set the week prior. Everidge placed 2^nd in the event, and also collected a 4^th place finish in the Men's Shot Put (15.02m).

This season, Everidge now has two Field Athlete of the Week honors under his belt, as well as a recent Sport Excellence Award honor from the NE10 Conference for the indoor season.

Pierce track & field will compete this coming weekend at the Central Connecticut State University Blue Devils Invitational in New Britain, Connecticut.
