The USTFCCCA bestows All-Region honors on those who post the five best performances in each region in an event, as well as to all members of a relay team which is ranked in the top three in the region. Franklin Pierce had five men combine for nine All-East Region selections, as well as six women combining for seven accolades.

Senior Colton Ham (Webster, N.H.) led the way for the Ravens with three All-East Region selections, as he finished in the top-five in the region in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:19.56), the 5000 meters (14:57.46) and the 10,000 meters (31:08.83). He finished 46th in the nation in the steeplechase.

Senior Vinny Biunno (Montgomery, N.Y.) and junior B.J. Smith (Concord, N.H.) also earned multiple All-East Region nods on the men's side for the Ravens. Smith joined Ham in being honored for his work in both the 5000 meters (14:50.08) and the 10,000 meters (31:40.82), while Biunno collected accolades in the high jump (2.00m) and the pole vault (4.50m).

Junior John Delahanty (Long Beach, N.Y.) and graduate student Andre Wooten (St. Charles, Mo.) rounded out the USTFCCCA All-Region selections for the men's program. Delahanty earned the honor for his work in the decathlon (5781 points), while Wooten was honored in the triple jump (15.28m), where he ranks 15th in the nation.

On the women's side of things, senior Alyssa Lambert (Manchester, N.H.) earned her fourth and fifth career All-East Region honors on the track, as she earned the honor in both the 1500 meters (4:30.36) and the 5000 meters (17:24.34). She finished the season ranked third in the Northeast-10 in both events, as well as 28th in the nation in the 1500.

Five other female Ravens earned All-East Region honors in one event each. Senior Nadine Hyde (Maple Valley, Wash.) and sophomore Emily Quinn (West Bridgewater, Mass.) were both honored in the hammer throw, with throws of 46.35 meters and 45.81 meters, respectively.
