MANSFIELD, Mass. (8/29/22) – For the opening week of the 2022 season, Franklin Pierce senior Kosta Maniatis (Montreal, Quebec) was selected as the Northeast-10 Conference Men's Soccer "Goalkeeper of the Week", per the official announcement by the league office on Monday afternoon.

It is the second time in his collegiate career receiving the honor, which was bestowed for his performance through the Ravens first pair of contests last week.

With the start in each contest, Maniatis posted back-to-back shut-out victories while making a total of eight saves, including a five save effort versus Nyack College (N.Y.) on Saturday, August 27^th. The senior goalkeeper currently ranks second in the conference in total saves, and is one of four to yet surrender a goal.

Men's soccer opens their home campaign on Tuesday, August 30^th where they will host St. Thomas Aquinas College at 3PM.
