Northeast-10 Conference Men's Ice Hockey Weekly Report

MANSFIELD, Mass. (January 31, 2022) -- Graduate student goaltender Ian Wallace (West Islip, N.Y.) of the Franklin Pierce University men’s ice hockey team has been named Northeast-10 Conference Goaltender of the Week, for the week ending on Jan. 30, as announced on Monday by the league office.

Wallace minded the net for the Ravens on Friday night, as they ran up a 5-0 win on the road at Stonehill. He stopped all 26 shots on his goal to post the second shutout of his career. It is Wallace's second NE10 Goaltender of the Week award of the season.

On the season, Wallace has made 234 saves against 256 shots on goal, to post a .934 save percentage, a 3.05 goals-against average and a 3-5-0 record.

The Ravens (6-10-0, 3-5-0 NE10) are back in action at home on Tuesday, for a matinee NE10 affair with Saint Michael’s, set for 1 p.m. at Jason Ritchie Ice Arena.
