Bio

 2007-08: Northeast-10 and ECAC-Northeast Conference All-Academic Team honoree. Took the ice for 17 games in his junior season, setting new career highs with nine goals (six power-play tallies) and 10 assists for 19 points. Tied for third on the team with his nine markers. Recorded two assists in the season-opener against Salve Regina (11/3). Had a career-high four points with two goals and two assists in a win over Worcester State (11/12), then potted a pair the next time out against Assumption (11/14). After missing eight games due to injury, returned to the lineup and scored twice, including the game-winner, in a 4-3 win over Worcester State (1/30). Followed up with a goal and a career-best three assists in an 8-4 win over Assumption (2/2), earning him Northeast-10 and ECAC Northeast Player of the Week honors (2/4).

Coursen Schneider 2006-07: ECAC-Northeast All-Academic first team and NE-10 All-Academic selection. Appeared in 22 games, scoring five goals and adding six assists for 11 points. Also led the team with 75 penalty minutes. Recorded a season-high three points with two goals and an assist against Assumption (11/15).

2005-06: Appeared in 22 games for the Ravens. Totaled eight points on two goals and six assists. Committed 15 penalties for 38 minutes. Recorded his first collegiate goal in a 3-3 draw with Suffolk (11/30). Notched an assist in a 6-6 draw with Western New England (1/7). Posted one assist in a 5-3 setback to Salve Regina (1/14).

Before Franklin Pierce: 2005 graduate of Avon Old Farms. Member of the hockey team at Avon Old Farms. Also played three years of hockey at Rockland High School.

Personal:
Born January 22, 1986, in New York, N.Y. Son of Walter Schneider and Patty Ryan. Has four siblings, Taylor (20), Lee (17), Beau (15) and Luke (12). Greatest sports moment was winning the New England Championship at Avon Old Farms in 2005. Majoring in psychology.
