BALDWINSVILLE, N.Y. (September 11, 2015) – Senior Brad Auclair (Cumberland, R.I.) took charge as the top Ravens golfer on Friday afternoon, shooting an 83 (+11) to aid the Franklin Pierce University Men's Golf team to a 12^th place finish after Day 1 at the LeMoyne Fall Preview being held at the Timber Banks Country Club.

The Ravens shot an overall 344 (+56) as a five-player squad for their first overall round of the year. The course plays as a par-72.

The tournament currently shows a five-way tie for first with the low score a 76 (+4), with one of those scores belonging to host LeMoyne and one of their top players, Joe Petrin. However, it is Southern New Hampshire University that has come out on top after the first day with a team total of 315 (+27) to lead the pack of 16 teams.

Behind Auclair three shots back is sophomore Will Pennington (Heswall, England) who shot an 86 (+14), while senior Nick Adjutant (Rochester, N.H.) shot the same as Pennington. The final two Ravens on the course for the day in senior Travis Landry (Loudon, N.H.) and sophomore Tom Arisco (Cheshire, Conn.) each shot an 89 (+17) to end their first day on the links.
