MANFIELD, Mass. (3/1/23) – Following a career season with the Franklin Pierce men's basketball team in 2022-23, sophomore forward Sean Trumper (Ashford, United Kingdom) was named the recipient of yearly honors from the Northeast-10 Conference earlier this week as a selection to the conference's All-Defensive Team, per the official announcement made by the league offices.

Trumper, in his second full season with the Ravens, averaged 11.2 points per game and ranked a close second on the team in average rebounds per game (5.7). In total, the Raven sophomore collected 325 points on 104-214 (48.6%) shooting, and was a two time recipient of weekly honor roll recognition for the conference. It is Trumper's first time in his career receiving yearly honors from the Northeast-10.

Despite being pushed out of the conference championship tournament, Pierce men's basketball still occupies the No.7 position in the East Regional rankings, and awaits a possible trip to the NCAA Tournament for the second consecutive season.
