Daniela Stake was named Head Coach of the Franklin Pierce University women’s volleyball program in the spring of 2025. She brings more than two decades of experience at the collegiate and international levels, along with a proven track record of success as both a player and a coach.

Stake arrives in Rindge after a stint on the coaching staff at Hampton University, where she joined in 2024 under head coach Renaldo Pacheco. Prior to Hampton, she spent three seasons as an assistant coach at Southern New Hampshire University. During her tenure, the Penmen reached new heights, including a historic run to the NCAA Division II Elite Eight in 2022—the program's first such appearance—and an NCAA First Round berth in 2023.

A native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Stake was a standout collegiate player at BYU-Hawaii. She led the Seasiders to three NAIA National Championships and was named NAIA Player of the Year in 1996. A two-time NAIA First-Team All-American (1993, 1996), Stake still holds the program's all-time records in service aces and attacks, while ranking second in kills and digs.

Following her decorated playing career, Stake began coaching at the club level in both Germany and the United States. In 2016, she led her club team to a national tournament appearance. She transitioned to the collegiate coaching ranks in 2021, bringing with her a unique global perspective and a championship mindset.
