Travel Information/Parking

The address for the Hopkinton Fairgrounds is:

513 Park Avenue
Hopkinton, NH 03229 

For the NCAA Championship East Regional, the parking lot behind the I.O.O.F Lodge #23 (512 Kearsage Ave, Hopkinton, NH 03229) will be blocked and designated for officials and team parking ONLY. This lot is the closest to the finish and starting areas. Parking passes will be given at parking pick-up and vehicles will be directed to the lot of race morning.

All other vehicles (spectators) will be directed to a larger parking lot, accessible by a driveway just past the team parking lot. 

Official/Team/VIP parking will be available to those that have been pre-issued complimentary parking passes. Parking for all spectators inside of the fairground parking lots will be $10 per vehicle charged upon entry, including handicap reserved spaces that are to be available in the Official/Team/VIP section.

Schedule

Friday, November 4
10 a.m.-5 p.m. - Course available for practice.

Evening activities to take place in "The Webster Room" at Holiday Inn Concord Downtown (web site):
5-6:30 p.m. - Packet pick-up.
6:45 p.m. - Mandatory coaches meeting.

Saturday, November 5
8 a.m. - Course opens to competitors.
Please call head coach Zach Emerson at (603) 831-2385 for frost warning and/or severe weather updates on race day, if necessary.

Men's 10,000-Meter Championship Race
10:40 a.m. - Competitors called to the start line (approximately 20 minutes until start).
10:44 a.m. - National Anthem.
10:50 a.m. - Second call to the start line (approximately 10 minutes until start).
10:55 a.m. - Start line is cleared of all non-competitors (approximately five minutes until start).
10:57 a.m. - Runners at the start line for instructions.
11 a.m. - Start of men's 10,000-meter championship race.

Women's 6,000-Meter Championship Race
11:55 a.m. - Competitors called to the start line (approximately 20 minutes until start).
12:05 p.m. - Second call to the start line (approximately 10 minutes until start).
12:10 p.m. - Start line is cleared of all non-competitors (approximately five minutes until start).
12:12 p.m. - Runners at the start line for instructions.
12:15 p.m. - Start of women's 6,000-meter championship race.

Immediately following conclusion of women's race, top runners and teams will be recognized.
