RINDGE, N.H. (July 17, 2017) – A total of 236 student-athletes in the Franklin Pierce University Department of Athletics have been named to the 2017 spring semester edition of the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll, as announced earlier this summer by the Conference office. In addition, 24 student-athletes garnered perfect, 4.0 grade-point averages.

RINDGE, N.H. (July 13, 2017) – Franklin Pierce University has had two student-athletes earn Northeast-10 Academic All-Conference honors for the spring season, as announced on Thursday by the Conference office. Junior John Amendola (Wallingford, Conn.) of the baseball team, along with senior Jon Holmes (Albany, N.Y.) of the men’s track & field team, were both honored by the league. The selected Ravens were among 93 student-athletes across 10 sports honored by the NE10.

RINDGE, N.H. (June 27, 2017) – Franklin Pierce University Director of Athletics Rachel Burleson has announced Rashad Watson has been named the second head coach of the University’s sprint football program. Watson, who takes over the head coaching position on an interim basis for the 2017 season, fills the position vacated by Pete Ewald, who resigned earlier in June.

(May 17, 2017) – A total of 229 student-athletes in the Franklin Pierce University Department of Athletics have been named to the 2017 spring semester edition of the Athletic Department Honor Roll, as announced Wednesday. In addition, 26 student-athletes garnered perfect, 4.0 grade-point averages. In all, 21 of the University’s 25 varsity squads eclipsed the 3.0 mark.

(May 9, 2017) – Franklin Pierce University Director of Athletics Bruce Kirsh has announced Shaun Millerick has been named the sixth head coach of the University’s men’s ice hockey program. A young, up-and-coming coach, Millerick brings with him experience as an assistant coach at the Division II and Division III levels, and he is a veteran of multiple institutions’ Admissions offices.

(May 5, 2017) -- This past Sunday evening, the Franklin Pierce University Department of Athletics held its annual Hall of Fame Induction and Student-Athlete Awards Ceremony in the Fieldhouse. The University's student-athlete body, Athletics staff, distinguished alumni and President Mooney were all on-hand to both celebrate the present and honor the past, while the ceremony served as a finale to the institution's 54th academic year.
