As a Sophomore in 2016: Competed in all seven events for the Ravens...Ran a 5k time of 21:22.8 to finish 71st at the season-opening Mount St. Mary's Duals on 9/2...Ran a 5k time of 21:23.5 to place 11th at the Smith College Invitational on 9/10...Ran a 5k time of 20:47.0 to finish 35th at the Bruce Kirsh Cup on 9/17...Ran a 5k time of 20:27.8 to finish 69th at the Harry F. Anderson Inviational on 9/24...Ran a 5k time of 21:11.0 to finish 203rd at the NEICAAA Championship on 10/8...Ran a 6k time of 25:53.4 to finish 89th at the Northeast-10 Conference Championship on 10/22...Ran a 6k time of 24:53.5 to finish 106th at the NCAA Championship East Regional on 11/5.
As a Freshman in 2015: Sarah competed in seven races for the Ravens...At the Philadelphia Metropolitan Cross Country Invitational (9/12) she placed 32nd with a time of 23:00.1...A few weeks later, at home during the Bruce Kirsh Cross Country Cup (10/16) she finished the event in 16:16 which was good enough for 46th place...In her collegiate debut at Roger Williams (9/5) she finished in 65th place with a time of 22:10.8...After her strong performance during the season she qualified for the Northeast-10 Championship (10/25) and finished within the top-100 in 96th place with a time of 26:20.4...After her successful conference championship meet she competed at the NCAA Division II East Region Cross Country Championship (11/8) and played 111th with a time of 25:07.9...She also raced at UMass-Dartmouth (9/19, 21:33.88) and the NEICAAA Championship (10/10, 22:03.25).
Before Franklin Pierce: Three-year letterwinner in both cross country and track & field at Glastonbury (Conn.) High School...Team captain and All-League selection in cross country as a senior.
