Katie Ristow has been named to the Northeast-10 Conference Weekly
Honor Roll.

RINDGE, N.H. (October 19,
2009) – Senior Katie Ristow (Miami,
Fla.) of the Franklin Pierce University volleyball team
has been named to the Northeast-10 Conference Weekly Honor Roll for
the week ending on Oct. 18, as announced Monday afternoon by the
conference office.
In Franklin Pierce’s only action of the week, Ristow tallied
12 kills and four digs to lead the Ravens to a 3-0 home sweep of
Assumption on Friday night. She committed five errors over 29
attacks to finish with a .241 hitting percentage. Ristow added one
ace as part of a team-season-high 13 aces served up by Franklin
Pierce in the match.
On the season, Ristow has started in all 21 matches for the Ravens
and leads the team with 175 kills (2.43 per set). Over 601 attacks,
she has made 99 errors, to tally a .126 hitting percentage.
Defensively, she has notched 168 digs (2.33 per set), which is good
for second on the team, and 15 blocks (two solo).
The Ravens (6-15, 3-5 Northeast-10) return to the court on
Wednesday, Oct. 21, when they travel to Stonehill for a
Northeast-10 Conference contest. Match time is scheduled for 7 p.m.
at Merkert Gymnasium in Easton, Mass.
