MEDFORD, Mass. (February 7, 2014) - Franklin Pierce Women's Track and Field competed in the Tuft's Cupid Challenge Saturday afternoon, placing 13^th out of 17 teams. Junior Jackie Price (Brick, N.J.) now ranks 11^th in the Northeast 10 with her second place finish in the 60 Meter Hurdles.

Price placed 14^th out of 61 in the 60 Meters with a time of 8.28, which is also her season best, she also placed 17^th out of 74 in the 200 Meter race with a time 27.94. Price placed second in the 60 Meter Hurdles with a time of 9.23, her season best, which earned 8 points for the Ravens, ranking her 11^th in the Northeast-10.

Junior Monique Loney (Stamford, Conn.) placed 12^th out of 37 in the 400 meters race with a time of 1:02.35.

Loney,  junior Nicki Zeigler (Circleville, N.Y.), freshman Danielle Crawford (Lowell, Mass.), and sophomore Nicole Galewski (Pembroke, Mass.) placed second in the 4 x 200 Relay with a time of 1:49.17, earning 8 points for the Ravens

Sophomore Kendra Plant (Cumberland, R.I.) placed 12^th out of 47 in the Shot Put with a distance of 10.59 meters, while junior Nadine Hyde (Maple Valley, Wash.)  placed 13^th with a distance of 10.41 meters. Plant placed 14^th out of 34 in the Weight Throw with a distance of 12.79 meters, while Hyde placed 15^th with a distance of 12.28 meters

The Raves return to action Friday, February 13^th at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational hosted by Boston University in Boston, Mass.
