WALTHAM, Mass. Rich was a part of two of Franklin Pierce's three points on the day. First, at third doubles, she teamed with fellow freshman Kelly O'Donnell (Maywood, N.J.) to score an 8-6 victory over Bentley seniors Susan Stowe and Kayla Anghinetti. Later, at fourth singles, Rich needed a tiebreak set to pick up a 6-2, 2-6, 10-1 win over junior Olivia von Oldenburg.

Franklin Pierce's remaining point on the day came via freshman Alana Wyatt (Worcester, Mass.) at first singles. She needed a tiebreak set as well, posting a 6-4, 3-6, 11-9 win over senior Rachel Petrini.

On the other side of the ledger, Bentley junior Alexia Petruzziello was the lone Falcon to pick up wins in both singles and doubles play. At second doubles, she teamed with junior Corrie MacLean for an 8-2 win. At fifth singles, Petruzziello swept away O'Donnell, 6-0, 6-0.
