Rindge, N.H (October 14, 2015) Women's soccer playing host to Saint Anselm Hawks for a 7 p.m. conference match. 34 minutes into the first half, Nalina Valaydon received the ball to scored, and lift the Ravens 1-0 above the Hawks where they would stay and take the win. 

After tonight's win Ravens now sit 6-5 overall and 4-5 in the NE-10, Hawks head home with 7-5-1 and 5-4 in conference.  

In the first half of play each team taking their fair share of shots, in the 34^th minute Kaciee Pereira (Tewksbury, Massachusetts)  was able to feed the ball to the front of the net, right to the feet of Nalina Valaydon (Longueuil, Quebec). Valaydon was able to center the ball and tuck it away behind Quattropani for the 1-0 lead.

The Hawks and Ravens battled it out for the next 54 minutes, both teams showing strong offense and defense. Overall Saint Anselm able to take five shots but the Ravens able to get in 14, the early Raven goal was still unanswered by the Hawks at the end of regulation. 

Goal keeper Casey Cook recording three saves on the night, while Cassie Quattropani recorded seven. Cook now 4-2 on the 2015 season, tonights game being her third shut out.

The Ravens return home and play host to American International on October 10th at 6 p.m.
