Bio

Madelynn Rollins enters her second season as an Assistant Coach with the Franklin Pierce University women's lacrosse team in 2019.

A four-year letterwinner and defender at Longwood University (bio), Rollins makes her first collegiate coaching stop with the Ravens. A three-year starter for the Lancers, she earned All-Big South Second Team honors in her senior season, when she played in all 18 games and finished with 36 ground balls and 14 draw controls. She caused 30 turnovers in her final collegiate campaign, while turning the ball over just 12 times.

For her career, Rollins graduated as Longwood's all-time leader in caused turnovers, with 83, and ground balls, with 128. Over 69 career games, she also corralled 20 draw controls and committed just 45 turnovers.

Originally from Dummerston, Vt., Rollins is a 2017 graduate of Longwood, with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology. She is pursuing her master's degree at Franklin Pierce.
